Kovens Construction Company and our development arm, Capkov Ventures, are locally-owned, closely-held companies with an enormous interest in sculpting beautiful custom homes and neighborhoods that preserve the essence of our area. We are a close-knit family business whose mission is to contribute well-reasoned development back to our community while protecting each neighborhood’s individuality and self-image with fine homes and good neighbors. We have been doing so since 1972 when we broke ground on our first home in Lake Forest and have since built homes in the finest neighborhoods in Chapel Hill including Southern Village, Weatherhill Point, Chandler’s Green and The Oaks.
