The Goddard School

Capkov Ventures developed the Goddard School of Chapel Hill located at 1162 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. This commercial project was successfully completed by adhering to the strict Goddard Franchise facility specifications. Goddard Schools is a national brand with a mission to provide a well-rounded early childhood development experience that ensures children become confident, joyful and fully prepared students. The Goddard School of Chapel Hill opened in May of 2014.

Charles House at Winmore

Capkov Ventures is proud to have developed a custom facility for the Charles House Association. The Winmore Eldercare Home in Carrboro is where the Association provides quality personalized care to elders and respite for their caregiving families. The mission of the Charles House Association is enriching the lives of seniors, supporting families with aging family members and representing the community’s commitment to its elders.

The Winmore Eldercare Home in Carrboro opened in the Summer of 2014. It was designed and built with the safety and the comfort of the residents as the top priority. It is licensed as a family care home and it will house six residents that are looked after by a household team of caregivers.
