Kovens Take Gold!

The Home Builder’s Association of Orange, Durham and Chatham Counties holds The Parade of Homes every year in the Fall. It is an open house tour of new homes around the three counties so people can see what is being built and learn about the newest trends, technologies and innovations in the home building industry.

Kovens Construction was the Gold Winner of the $495,000-$535,000 category. The Parade winner is in the Winmore Community at 104 Piano Street. The house is called “The Tyner” and is 2800 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The house is for sale at $495,000. More information available here.
